Noodles with teriyaki chicken
Ingredients:-
• Boneless chicken - 1/2 Kg
• Teriyaki Sauce - 1/2 cup
• Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
• Ginger Garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp.
Preparation:-
1. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
2. Marinate it, with soy sauce, ginger garlic paste and 2 tsp of teriyaki sauce for atleast 2 hours.
3. Heat oil in a pan, and cook the chicken, until it loses its pink color.
4. Pour the remaining teriyaki sauce and cook for 2 mins.
Serve hot
Noodles:
1. Boil water in a skillet. When the water starts boiling add the noodles and boil it for 2 mins.
2. Drain the water from the noodles and run cold water over it, for 30 secs & drain it. This will make them to have a good texture.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Optionally you can add cooked vegetables to it.
