Aloo Gopi Capsicum fry


 
Ingredients :-

 • Potato - 1 big ( chopped in cubes)

 • Cauliflower - 1/2 cup (cut into small florets )

 • Capsicum - 1/2 cup ( chopped )

 • Onion - 1 ( chopped )

 • Tomato sauce - 2 tsp ( optional)

 • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp

 • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

 • Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp

 • Red chilli Powder - 1 tsp ( as required )

 • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp

 • Salt to taste

•  Curry leaves - 1 sprig

 • Oil

Preparation :-

1. Cook the potato & cauliflower separately with some salt & turmeric pwr till it turns tender & keep aside.

2. Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add cumin seeds ,onion , capsicum and curry leaves & fry till it turns transparent.

3. Add ginger garlic paste, stir for few mins, then add tomato sauce & fry till raw smell goes off.

4. Add all the powders & mix well. Now add the potato & cauliflower & stir well so that the masalas will coat potato & cauliflower, do it in a low flame. Check salt & adjust it.

Serve it hot with chapathy or rice
