Egg Curry

Ingredients:-

 • Eggs - 4

 • Onions -2 ( medium)

 • Tomatoes -2

 • Green chillies- 3

 • Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp 

 • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

 • Coriander powder - 2 tsp

 • Red chilli powder -  2 tsp

 • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp

 • Garam masala - 1 tsp

 • Salt to taste

 • Oil - 2 Tbsp

 • Curry leaves - a sprig

 For seasoning:-

 • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

 • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp


 Preparation :-

 1. Boil the eggs for 15 to 20 min. Peel the shells & make some small cuts in the eggs.

 2. Heat oil in a pan ,when it heats up add mustard seeds , cumin seeds & curry leaves.

 3. When it crackles, add the chopped onions & saute till it becomes translucent.

 4. Then add the ginger garlic paste followed by the chopped tomatoes,green chilli & salt.

 5. Saute  them till tomatoes become soft.

 6. Then add the red chilli pwr, coriander pwr, cumin pwr, & garam masala pwr accordingly.

 7. Saute  it for 2 minutes & add water.

 8. Then add the eggs & let it boil till it becomes a thick gravy.

Egg curry is ready :) Enjoy...
