Corn Cheese Dosa
Ingredients:-
• Dosa batter - 3 cup ( as required) For dosa batter http://recipeworld1.blogspot.com/2012/05/spring-onion-capsicum-dosa.html
• Corn ( cooked ) - 1/4 cup
• Onion ( chopped ) - 1/4 cup
• Cheese ( shredded) - 1/2 cup
• Dry red Chilli flakes -2 tsp
Preparation:-
1. Heat a non stick tawa, pour a ladleful of batter over it and spread it in circular shape.
2. Drizzle 1/2 tsp of oil / ghee around the dosa and sprinkle chopped onions all over the dosa and corn on one side. Sprinkle cheese on the other side. Cook it for 2 minutes .
4. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes , when cheese starts melting or the edges of dosa are light brown, fold & flip it and cook for another 2 minutes.
Yummy Corn Cheese Dosa is now ready. Serve it hot .. Enjoy.. :)
