Rainbow Paratha

Ingredients:-

 • Wheat flour - 3 cups

 • Carrot - 1/2 cup (chopped)

 • Beetroot - 1/2 cup (chopped)

 • Spinach - 1/2 cup (chopped)

 • Ghee / Oil

 • Salt to taste

 • Hot water

Preparation:-

• Blend each vegetable separately and set it aside.

• To one cup of  flour, add the carrot paste and salt and knead into a soft dough. Add little water if required.

• Repeat this with beetroot and spinach too. Now u have 3 different coloured dough.



• Make each of them to a long string.



• Cut them in equal sizes  and roll them to a flat ball.



• Now make paratha out of them by frequently dusting with flour.



• Heat a pan and cook the paratha well by applying little ghee on each side.


Rainbow Paratha is now ready ... Serve it hot .. Enjoy  :)
