Ingredients:-
Cabbage - 1 inch piece
Beans - 1/4 cup
Spring onion - 1
Carrot - 1
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1/2
Celery - 1 inch stalk
Ginger - a small pieces
Garlic - 3 cloves
Capsicum - 1/2
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 3 cups or as required
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation:-
1. Cook the chopped vegetables with enough water and salt.
2. When it comes to boil, add turmeric powder, garlic powder and pepper powder.
3. Cook it until all the vegetables are well cooked & tender.
When its done, turn it off and add lemon juice over it.
Simple soup is now ready serve it hot .
