Kozhukatta / Sweet Rice Balls
Kozhukatta
Ingredients:-
• Rice flour - 2 cup
• Coconut - 1 cup
• Sugar - 3 Thsp ( as required)
• Water - 2 cup
• Salt to taste
Preparation :-
• Mix together rice flour & salt.
• Boil water and pour it into the rice flour little by little.
• Mix well with a spoon. After cooling down, do the filling make by adding the grated coconut, sugar.
• Make medium sized balls (kozhukatta) & steam it in a steamer for 10 to 15 mins.
Kozhukatta is ready ..Serve it hot :)

ReplyDeleteBut please repost all these old entries ie those which are before 1st june'12,otherwise it will not be considered for the event...Hope u understand what I meant..all u have to do is just add a new post stating you are sending these many entries to the event and add all the archived recipes with their just link and image..thats it,Sarika...Hope u will do that or else it will be deleted as per the event rules,sorry about that :-)
