Fish fry
Ingredients :-
• Fish - 1/2 kg ( 4 or 5 )
• Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Kashmiri chilly powder – 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
• Curry leaves-few
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Preparation:-
1. Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste by adding a little water.
2. Marinate the fish with the ground paste and keep it for half an hour.Before marinating make some slits in both sides of the fish.
3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry it.
Fish fry is ready ... Serve it hot with onions & lemon
